The efficient Management is the distinctive element of the Partido Popular of Els Poblets
The efficient Management in the last eight years of the Partido Popular fronting the Town Hall of Els Poblets, has brought to the village a better quality of life for everyone. Many new projects have been developed whose financing has been assumed by more than 70% on the part of the different Municipal administrations.
This approach, which combines the capability with hard work, has been rewarded with facts that have allowed us to turn around the village with major new projects such as pedestrian zones C / Cervantes and the Plaza del Castell , the indoor swimming pool equipped with energy efficiency to make it sustainable, a new roof to the municipal warehouse, the completion and opening of various street, the urbanization around the pool and sports area, the village auditorium, the youth centre, expanding the cemeteries together with improving access.
However, we have not neglected the small infrastructure, less showy but equally or more necessary, such as including improved sanitation and rainwater in several areas.
This is the background that distinguishes the PP from other groups, who have spent more time settling private grudges and partisanship than in dealing with key issues for the common good.

WE ANALISE THE COMPARATIVES ONE BY ONE:
Can PIREE appear before the public with a single flagship project which it has promoted?
Obviously not, because after the failure demonstrated by their spokesman as acting mayor during the floods to protect the safety of goods and people, no sane person would trust him with even the slightest responsibility. Put in straightforward terms if in two days he was unable to coordinate action whatsoever to remedy the situation, imagine what could happen in four years with a person like Simarro heading the Town Hall. In other words, with his actions and denial to the General Plan we would again be liable to another flood catastrophe - which God willing will never be repeated again.
Do you remember what he did on the water contract?
Do you know he defended and awarded provisionally to the last company? bypassing the law when neither the company nor the others defended the town hall appeal for allotting it to the first.

Do you want a mayor thus, who will not make Decisions and when he does it will cost the municipality too much money?
SIMPLY, NO.
Opposed to practices so suspicious, the Popular Party have adopted a seriousness and accountability and when the time came we changed our government partner, precisely to nip in the bud a course of action which had already placed the municipal coffers a residual negative as high as 484,106.22 euros.
The issue of drinking water allocation marked also the evolution of the new PSOE, whose strongman staged a performance characteristic of a political commissar from the times of the former Soviet Union to try to impose the same company advocated by Simarro. Curious coincidence and consequences when trying to expel the party or members of the municipal group by a refusal consistent with the danger which it represented for the future of the municipal treasury.
Question "if the political commissar in question, proves beyond his true "spirit" - and we emphasize the magic word of socialist ideology, to admonish people that disagree with the idea of “herding” of people, THAT CAN EXPECTED?
Moreover, in view of the program presented it appears either that they do not live in the municipality, calling for a music school and things already undertaken, or they have come to visit after some period of time or are in a cataleptic state or hibernating.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRUST A PARTY THAT THROUGH THEIR FORM OF GOVERNING HAS PRODUCED SIX MILLION UNEMPLOYED IN SPAIN?
The surprise of this pre-campaign has been that the eternal Caselles, has inaugurated a new party with a similar speech as head of the list of the PSD. Of course we do not share their way of governing, what we have done is for the good of the village to govern in coalition. They are demonstrating that their ways and means in politics remains rooted in another era, with the negative consequences of facing the public image that often arise out of their commitment not to evolve

On the other hand, the matter of drinking water management concession has also splashed BLOC in not taking a step forward for governance, despite our repeated offers. This point will now become the target of accusations from the majority of public opinion, even by inaction, and by the fact of having joined in the folly with Simarro of putting the fourth company before the other three. Is it so bad a measure that has allowed us in recent months to change more than two kilometres of pipelines, in a locality that needs to control the resources, by extending the length of the grid virtually throughout the municipality? And if you thought why they did not use their votes to leave it sine die on the table, when they had it in their hands? The answers are in ideological rejection, which, unfortunately, is not that they don’t get involved but prevents them engaging in the responsibilities of government that should be for everyone in a village of Els Poblets features, but actually prevents them from seeing further than their noses

1- From 29th March to12th May
Request personally in any Post Office the
form to enable you to vote.

Complete and sign the form. Take it personally to any Post Office. Do not forget your ID document (Original Passport + NIE)

2-From 2nd May to 15th May
You will receive by registered post all the documentation that is necessary to vote. Do not forget you must receive it personally and it must have your personal ID

The documentation that you will receive from the OCE of your province:

Electoral envelope.
Slips with names of all the Parties.
Municipal and Regional.
Certificate of inscription
Envelope to post your vote with address of the polling station where you should vote.

3- Up to 18th May
You have up until 18th May to post your vote.
Send it by free registered post from any Post Office.

Do not insert the census voting registration certificate inside the voting envelopes with the slips – your vote will not be valid.

Please enter it loose within the envelope addressed to your voting station

4- Disabled People
Doctors Certificate, in which it states the cause why you are unable to vote personally. The form you can pick up for free from the Professional Association of Physicians in your province.
Power of Attorney, justifying your inability to vote and by designating the person chosen by the voter to represent you and take care of processing your request to vote by post
Representative's Mission is to:
Present at the Post Office the Application Form for the disabled person, signed in the presence of an Official, showing they representatives of the original DNI
This form will be accompanied with the completed medical certificate and the corresponding Power of Attorney, mentioned above
Once documentation is received by the sick or handicapped person, the postman will deliver it personally, the representative will follow the instructions for postal voting.
Both the Medical Certificate and the Power of Attorney are free.

Coastal Property

The Mayor of Els Poblets demands a meeting with the Coastal Department insisting
on a 3 way meeting with Almadrava Association to clarify the issue.

The question of maritime boundaries which requires the implementation of the Coastal Act has aroused the concern of the owners affected in Els Poblets, who have requested the Town Council to gather information. This matter has motivated the mayor, Jaime Ivars, to urgently request the Director General of Coast to attend a meeting together with the Amadrava Residence Association so that the agency under the Ministry of Environment, specifies the damages with regard to the municipality. "In order to clarify positions from a clear perspective, we believe it is better that the meeting is three-way, in order that the general director of coast details the criteria to clarify positions, as the confusion among the affected is obvious and this can have bad repercussion on a municipality of residential and tourists like Els Poblets" he explained.

Ivars has been critical of the current legislation, which prevents housing built with the appropriate licenses to receive the appropriate compensation for the termination of the enjoyment of property in the medium term.

NEW COVERED SWIMMING POOL IN ELS POBLETS

The president of the Diputación Provincial, José Joaquín Ripoll, opened the covered swimming pool of Els Poblets, in which the Town Hall has incorporated a sustainable energy efficient system.
The installation of solar thermal generators to heat the water and to air condition the building will be efficient and energy saving, which has been described as "a pioneer in the region" by the Mayor, Jaime Ivars.

"This new swimming pool has been totally integrated with its surroundings and incorporates criteria of maximum sustainability and reinforces the commitment of Els Poblets to clean, renewable energy to respect the Environment", declared the Mayor

In addition, it demonstrates the satisfactory result of a project that, according to the Mayor, "was born from a wish and commitment to study and harness the necessities of our town with something to serve all the people and to give everyone of all ages a recreation facility which will contribute to improving the quality of life for all residents".

He also thanked the President of the Diputación for their understanding and co-operation in contributing to the financing of such an important installation which is also a therapeutic aid for all ages.


For his part, Ripoll praised the initiative of the Mayor to have had the vision of an installation that produces 60% of it own energy, and of the remaining, costs will be further reduced by the connection to natural gas as soon as the network in the region is completed. In addition, he congratulated the inhabitants of Els Poblets for being able to enjoy facilities with which those of larger places are not endowed and to have given life to an installation, he remarked that "although still in a time of austerity have used materials that guarantees their intensive use.
